Last Night’s Menu

My lovely brother and sister in law came round for dinner last night and this is what I made for us to eat:

Two heads of boiled Treviso tossed with fried smoked pancetta, olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt and pepper.

Hunter’s chicken (chicken thighs braised with rosemary, sage, tomato, white wine, garlic, and black olives) with garlic rubbed sourdough toast.

Fresh crème anglaise with cooked rhubarb.
