This salad went with a pasta dish I made pre-going out on Saturday.
bunch of radishes, finely sliced
1 large cucumber or 4 mini cucumbers, peeled and finely sliced
small bunch of dill, finely chopped
small bunch of mint, finely chopped
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
pinch of sugar
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin, cold press rapeseed oil
How I made it:
Mix up radishes, cucumber, dill and mint in a serving dish. Toss with oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Check for seasoning (may need more salt) .
