What I have made with shortcrust pastry lately

Normandy Apple Tart, from Mastering the Art of French Cooking, made using the last three apples from a tree in my paternal grandmother’s garden – she passed away this year.

Mince pies

Rough tart made with leftover pastry using goat’s cheese, rosemary, tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinegar, garlic.
