Menu 12th February 2018

I meant to post this but forgot. This is the menu I cooked the weekend before Valentine’s day – I was away during the week and wanted to make something special.  

Snacks and drink
Mortadella and mustard fruits, fried corn, olives,

Martini rosso, campari and tonic with orange rind


Homemade egg pasta with an emulsion sauce of butter, lemon zest and juice and rosemary. 


Roast pork loin with chickpeas cooked with greens, black olive and parsley dressing


Seville orange baked custard with an almond brittle


Vino di Anna, jeudi 15, vino rosso (bought from Terroirs in East Dulwich) – loved this wine, a real treat.
