Trotters ahoy for 50p each from Flock and Herd butcher in Peckham for an Elizabeth David recipe from French Provincial Cooking – slow simmered then grilled trotters with breadcrumbs and tartare sauce. Sam and I decided to cook 1 recipe/week from our many wonderful #cookbooks – this is my first one.
